About Neisha Lee

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Neisha Garcia Rivera brings a lifelong passion for helping others, educating families, and building meaningful relationships to her real estate career. After moving to Florida 13 years ago, she proudly made Polk County her home and has built strong ties within the Winter Haven community.
Neisha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico. For the past 12 years, she has dedicated her career to supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve success. She currently serves as a Special Education Teacher at Lake Shipp Elementary School in Winter Haven, where her compassion and commitment have made a lasting impact on many families.
As a wife and proud mother of two daughters, Neisha understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys attending Berkley Chapel, where she stays connected to her community.
Her transition into real estate is a natural extension of her passion for helping people. Neisha is committed to making every transaction smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible, guiding her clients with patience, clarity, and care every step of the way.
